Project Management

We pride ourselves on our highly efficient Fast-Trak contracting process, minimizing wait time and making it as easy as possible for our clients. The entire process, from first contact to contract is done within a week. 1-2-3 and done!

Your project will be set up and managed through ProjecPro by Knowify; a robust construction management program which automates and facilitates scheduling, budget tracking, record keeping, and communication among all parties.

Get an idea of what you may need for your project and what it may cost. Our Transparent Pricing philosophy helps you verify your budget or make adjustments if necessary prior to beginning any work. More information means a more accurate budget and a stronger start to your project.

Step 2: Reach out to us and schedule a First Call.

Immediately after you contact us, we’ll request some project documentation and schedule a First Call to clarify and get a better idea of the project and its needs. Transparency in pricing helps our clients be informed right from the start. We can quickly make project specific adjustments to our base prices and deliver a complete quote within 24 hours of the First Call.

Step 3: Review it, Approve it and Start Working

Along with our quote, you’ll receive our service contract. If the quote is approved, we both sign the contract and are ready to start working.

 

CAD and CAM

Our full-time team of qualified designers and engineers can help you speed up production, reduce machine downtime and service more clients. We can generate up to 23% cost savings on your projects through our competitive rates while maintaining the quality and schedule your company requires.

Design

  • Convert any photo, list of specifications or image into complete vector files or 3D models ready to go into fabrication.

Fabrication

  • CNC machines, WaterJets, Laser Cutters, 3D printers, we are always expanding our programming capabilities and have the agility to learn and adjust to new technology

  • All-encompassing programming includes tool and bit selection

We have experience in resolving the most complex permitting situations and have the experience and knowledge to properly navigate the complex and confusing world of public authorities. Our Ready-Set-Permit process ensures above board and timely execution of all permit requirements.

Resolution

After an initial onboarding meeting, our expert permitting team can provide a detailed resolution plan, schedule, and quote to begin working as quickly as possible. The longer these issues linger the more costly it becomes to all parties and our goal is to close out all issues as soon as possible.
